“Amazing club with amazing coaches! We initially bought my son to classes as he is naturally shy and lacked of self esteem (he would never talk to anyone except his close friends, not even to say "hi"). A year on and oh my god, not only us but everyone involved in his life have noticed a huge difference! He has truly found his inner voice and walks around with so much more confidence! Like with all 20m swimming pools though that are subject to staging kids' swimming lessons & aqua fit classes ar select times of the day in the week then as a fitness swimmer you have to choose your times carefully to ensure no clashes at times!”

“Pretty cheap and cheerful. The pool is about 85% swimming lanes so not too great for kids but it’s a gym pool so can’t expect too much. It’s well kept, the changing rooms are lovely and clean.”

“Pilates Esprit is a beautiful space with excellent equipment, the 6 reformers are a dream to see in one space. Emily is a fantastic teacher and so kind and knowledgeable. A pleasure to visit and can't wait to visit again after lockdown.”
