The ques inside were rediculess 1 women serving but almost felt she couldn't be bothered took nearly 20 mins from walking in the door to getting served 5 more mins to get food

Love this drive through Greggs and it would have had 5 stars but for 1 major issue. Please listen Greggs. The internal seats are the most uncomfortable seats I have ever used in any food outlet. We won't be able to go inside the shop again because the seats have these hard wooden backrests that push you too far forward. Designed to get you out quickly but I'm afraid we won't be going in again unless they make it comfortable. Great as a drive through though and staff are very friendly.

It's what you'd expect from a Greggs. Relatively decent food for the price. However, it seemed dearer than a normal Greggs.

Visited this new Greggs drive-thru in the Hilton hotels car park.
Ironically, didn't use the drive thru.
Full, fresh counter full of goods.
Service was a little slow, but hopefully it'll get quicker.
Clean, new, modern interior.
Need to ask at the counter for the code to the toilet!
