Very disappointedly have to say the service ask. Asked lady on counter if she has hot cheese onion pasty.
She said its warm . Absolutely not cold it was asked to warm it up and said no.
If I was her manager I'd sack her. No customer service skills Ignorant towards me. used same thongs to use with all items. All I wanted was a nice hot cheese onion pasty.
Is your customers not important
places like this are cowards towards customers.

Collected a too good to go bag, the server was so not happy, no conversation, just said swipe, didn't even break a smile, I was prepared to buy some extra stuff while there, but changed my mind very quickly.Vegetarian options: Vegan sausage roll

They had no sausage rolls and it was lunch time, appalling planning if you ask me.

Poor service, nobody was there to serve for 15 minutes and this was during the opening time. By the time I was finally served (after one of the Asda shopkeepers had to call the Greggs worker out and let them know people are waiting), I was told that the shop was now closed. It was ridiculous and I?m actually very utterly disappointed.
