Dire - Never call back when promised. Make excuses for their own ineptness. A basic job has now taken over week to complete. ?I can only apologise? has now been said to me at least 5 times - here is thought for you, why not just get better, get trained, keep promises, do what you say you will - there are so many more things you can do than ?only? apologise. I thought Kwikfit were bad but Formula One Autocentres make them look almost professional.

Booked for 2 tyres at 11am. Arrived 10:45, told mine was next on ramp. Waited until 12:15, to be told my tyres had not arrived and were on a "back order". Decided against trying again. Another customer had been waiting since 08:30. still not done. A further customer had to ask them to swap his new set over as they had put rear tyres on front and vice versa. lost all confidence in this supplier.

Took my car for its full service yesterday, the communication of calling back a customer is a bit poor but where they lack in communication they make up for in detecting and diagnosing any issues, before formula one autocentre I took my car to Renault and another garage before that, I told all 3 I had to keep topping up brake fluid, Renault couldn?t any any issue, the other garage couldn?t find any issue but formula one found the issue and told me exactly what what wrong and what needed replacing, definitely taking my car back there again. Keep up the good work guys! The only thing you need to work on is the call backs.

Martin was on the reception he was friendly, helpful and polite. I called with an exhaust in the morning and he got me booked in within 10 minutes of me calling.car was fixed quickly. Very happy with the service I received.

Waited 2 hours for 2 tyres to be fitted despite having an appointment and then they forgot to swap wheels round as requested

This place is absolutely shocking brought my car here for an mot 7 months ago and it failed for emissions, the flexipipe and cat had rusted away and needed to be replaced costing £600, last week my car all of a sudden sounded like a boy racer car so my first reaction was to take it back and get it looked at booked in for the Sunday morning so they could look at it when I arrived I was ignored for 15 minutes and when I was spoken to he said he'd get it on the ramp to have a look giving it a once over and not even a diagnosis because he was too busy just said it's probably the manifold and said come back next Saturday by mid week I couldn't wait any longer as my car was seriously in need of looking at.I decided to take it elsewhere to discover that the flexipipe and cat weren't even fitted properly in the first place not even bolted in this costing me an extra £371.90 absolutely shocking service after giving them the chance to look at the car..They didn't care and now they won't refund me anything other than a complimentary service next time..... NO THANKS.... you will not be touching my car again couldn't even fix a flat tyre on a push bikeDo yourself a favour people if you want your car looked at go elsewhere because these guys haven't got a scooby how to fix cars absolutely shocking service and judging by previous reviews im not alone the whole town is laughing at these guys absolute c***s

Took car in for wheel balancingand after half an hour with nothing done to my vehicle i asked to have it back... they spent more time playing with all the controls.. i now have an overheating air suspension problem.. i dont think they actually know what they are doing.

One of the Tyre changed and the person didn't do right thing so I was facing bearing noise issue and now I need to change the bearing.Not taking responsibility, just for the formality they checked and proposed to change the bearing. All they do to make money even out of their mistakes. Very poor work and work culture.
