After struggling to get my car fixed on a non fault claim Fix auto took control of it and made it so much easier. Chloe moved things around to book in a date that was convenient for me and arranged a courtesy car that was dropped off and my vehicle taken away. The 2 guys that dropped off the vehicle couldn?t have been more courteous and friendly. 10/10 service for me, many thanks Chloe for getting this sorted for me after other companies had let me down.Service: Body & Trim

My Insurance refer me to them after having impact on the back of my car. That impact made damaged on the back of the car and got the air bag and seat belt warning light pop up. They phoned me and told me that my car was fixed and I went to collect the car but the warning light was still there and they told me the warning light had nothing to do with the impact and they are not going to fix it.Service: Body & Trim

I was allocated to MG Cannon/Fix autos for a non-fault accident damage repair through my insurance company. These guys are very responsive and the booking process was painless and simple. The repair was initially due to be carried out at the end of July, but the day before it was due to happen the booking was cancelled due to staff shortages/COVID outbreak which is fair enough. The booking was quickly rebooked for the first week of September.Dropped my car off on a Monday morning, the process was quick and easy. Repair was carried out and had the car back on the Friday evening. The quality of the paint re-spray and repair is amazing, she looks like a brand new car again!Overall I was extremely happy with the service and would like to thank everyone at MG cannon admin/office staff and the workshop technicians for looking after my car and treating me and my car with respect. Arrived to pick up car from an accident repair arranged by insurer, has been there 2 weeks and was told collect on 29th. Nobody in building. Repeated calls throughout the week to check if it would be ready and nobody had a clue what was going on with it, was even told ?when do you want to drop it off? when they had already had it sat there for 10 days! Have arrived to collect as agreed and not only is the building closed but the keys are sat on the front desk in full view and the car hasn?t been touched and is still in the same spot as when it was left. Worst service I?ve ever experienced and now no way to get to work tomorrow 2 hrs drive from Swindon

The customer service is absolutely appalling!My car was in a accident (someone drove into me) and it was reviewed four weeks ago I have called today to find out when can I book it in and why have I waited so long. This was my first time since I?ve been driving 15 years that I?ve been an accident so to be honest with you I just thought I have to wait.All I?ve been told is that they contacted me many times and left voicemails - I said this is in my interest, I have never received anything ?woman practically called me a liar!! Not even an apology when I explained how upset I am about this. Really hope I will never have to deal with those people again such a absolutely terrible customer service!!

Car was sent by insurance after accident damaged wing mirror and casing . Car was return and not driven for days . When it was driven glass in wing mirro was cracked . Contacted office and sent photos but refusing to fix as they claim I did the damage to wing mirror !!!Will never use Swindon beach again . Overall I have had a poor experience... on collection the driver and office were confused about what paperwork I need to sign, expecting me to hand the car over to a person I didn't know. This lead me to waiting over an hour whilst they sorted it out, and identifying the right prices and paper work. I had to call them to validate the guy was official and it wasn't a con... Why not notify me to say who was collecting my car first?The car was then with Fix Auto for a number of days, when I collected all seemed ok. Upon further inspection though, the trim they replaced was broken! Also, they had not fitted the clips back in correctly on the bumper - no quality control! On a positive they did do a cracking wash, polish and valet on the car!They seem like a Quick Fix It place, under invested and trying to turn cars around quickly, with no focus on quality or customer service - not a place I would recommend.Service: Body & Trim
