I had a fantastic experience at Euro Car Parts in Swindon when I went to collect a battery for my Mercedes Benz B-Class. The battery was quite heavy, and I was struggling to lift it. A young sales assistant came to my rescue with a big smile, kindly carried the battery, and even placed it in the back of my car for me. His helpfulness, professionalism, and kindness truly stood out. It's rare to find such excellent customer service these days. Thank you for making my day easier!
