I needed a headlight bulb for my car. The que was a bit long but the wait was not that long. They had what I wanted and at a reasonable price. The service was professional and friendly.

Good discounts when you buy online and collect instore, not so good if you walk in and purchase,so do click and collect for best price ( with discount code which you will find on website) downside gets busy at times so can be a bit of a wait

If you love an hour long que only to get home and find out your parts are wrong only to have to come back and que again for an hour to return them come here if you prefer the correct parts and a short wait to to get in Stratton only benefit to euro is it's open Sunday and they have a large stock

Well if you want to waste an hour of you life in a que you have come to the right place. Never known any shop with such poor customer experiance. Euro car parts bosses should be ashamed of themself.

Used the click and collect service to be told the part recommended on the site did not fit my mother-in-law car. The member of staff behind the desk was extremely rude and told me that in order to get the discount I had previously used I would need to resubmit this online and get in the queue again. When I complained he stormed off without a word and came back out in a huff. By this time there were 8 or 9 people behind us in the queue.

Ridiculously slow service, over charged for items and took just as long to refund the difference. Staff rude and appear untrained, more interested in their social lives.

Don't think I've ever seen two staff serve customers so slowly and with so little enthusiasm. Waited 25 minutes to get my click and collect order. When I got to the front of the queue they told me the item I'd reserved had been sold. Still, some good prices if you are prepared to wait ... or do home delivery if there's only one or two left in stock.

Products are really good and the discount is generous but for goodness sake, choose home delivery; I've been waiting 20 minutes for an oil filter plus 10 minutes waiting to even be served, I could have gone to another shop and got the things I wanted in that time, it's almost as if there's no concept of time here, get this! The small gasket which goes with the oil filter wasn't even there, so I've just wasted a very valuable 69 pence, there are amazing products at really good prices it's just a shame that one small thing ruins the whole experience for you.

Every store I go into I end up waiting in a fairly long queue....I know it's a popular place and the prices are good, but Screwfix operates in a similar way and I never wait as long as I do at Euro Cars parts!

Great place to get parts for your car etc, the only downside is waiting to be served as with all retail shops these days they won't pay for extra staff.

"Any part, any car" is their motto, and in my experience, they're really great at delivering on that promise. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff, backed up by great IT and stocking systems. Good prices. Also have a website I haven't yet used, plus delivery service. The shop is always busy - as you'd expect it's very popular - but worth the wait in the queue!
