Went into the ee shop canel walk Swindon the Chap l first saw was fantastic but Jason took over in the end to sort my mobile out after two hours they sorted it out fantastic service as always

Visited the EE store in Swindon recently, and I had a great experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me with my queries. They assisted me in choosing the right plan and explained everything clearly, making sure I understood all the options.
The store itself is well-organised, and I didn?t have to wait long for assistance. They also offer a range of phones and accessories, so you can find what you need easily.

Visited today, waited 20 mins to be seem. Asked about buying a sim free phone available at £169 on EE site, to which they reluctantly agreed to match the price as i have a sim only contract. Then passed to another advisor who told me I could not buy the handset without buying a new contract. Pointed out previous advisor had stated I could, he went to check and came back saying yes he could do this. He went off to get the phone for me. After 5 mins absence I saw him across the shop sitting with another two customers who were having problems with a phone. I was left for a further 10 mins, no acknowledgement that I was there waiting for him to come back and ignored by all other staff. I walked out, they lost a sale and my future business. Appalling customer service!

Was not impressed at all with EE yes they are a good phone service provider, but the customer service is horrible two staff members noticed me and didn?t say anything they didn?t come over and say I will be with you in just a minute or what can I help you with today definitely think the customer service needs to be improved in there

Unfortunately, it's hard to evaluate the service when there are no staff members present in the store. This afternoon, my wife and I visited one of your branches to learn about your plans and services, but we encountered an absurd situation: not a single employee was available. The store had about five other customers seated on sofas, waiting for someone to assist them.
We waited for a few minutes and asked one of the customers if they were a manager. The answer was negative?they were also waiting for assistance for quite a while. This happened on a Saturday, during a busy day in the city center. Such customer service is unacceptable, especially in a competitive industry like mobile operators.
Additionally, leaving a store unattended in a public area raises serious security concerns. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I hope it is an exception rather than the norm within your network.

Saying a have 5g but no apps loading and extremely slow not good enough we expect a phone call back from them

Partner ordered a phone upgrade online which was never received, then EE agent put in wrong details on delivery which in turn took 3 deliveries (which we had to pay for) and countless phonecalls just to get a irritating new phone which has completely stressed out our entire house as we were blamed for the errors and EE are laughing, had our money for years and you can't even get it right
