I went in looking for voiles and curtains and i had done my measurements but still didn?t really know what i was doing. I was able to get some help from Gienia and Joanna (i think) and Gienia went above and beyond to help me buy exactly what i needed and read what i had written down, she then advised and showed me options and she was very wiling and wanted to make sure i got it right and she did. So thank you as she made it much much easier for me as i had no clue at all. Thank you. ?

Went to the store to purchase a knife sharpener in person, rather than online.
Being disabled went there on my mobility scooter. A big mistake! There were so many ?extra stands? on the ends of the aisles, manoeuvring around was a nightmare. The staff were so unhelpful and ?Oh, I didn?t see you? despite wearing hi-viz clothing! In the end, managed to get out, with grudging help, and was told to get in touch with Customer Support.
Suffice to say shall never go back there, and never order online from them either. Will not make any difference to them, but I will have the satisfaction of knowing that I am not giving them any more money at all.

Thank you Carol P in the Swindon store you were very helpful and went out of your way to help me as I was getting very frustrated of not being able to find what I was looking for. I really appreciate you taking the time and getting a colleague to help with people like you in these stores, it makes the whole experience lovely thank you.

Visited 14 Apr 25, staff ( woman )) in curtains dep did not bother to greet , or showing any sign of assistance ( I understand if she was on call but still in customer service you make eye contact or give any sign that will be with you shortly )
No staff in the lightning section, when asked for assistance Maria came with an attitude that cannot be tolerated in customer service, upon confrontation she just simply walked away cursing.
Tracey did try to help, excellent customer service but lack of product knowledge and not aware of product availability in any other aisle or in back storage area ( maybe she is working in another section)

Swindon Dunelm elder woman till staff was rude lacked of manner, was my first visit to the shop and will be last forever, won't recommend to shop at Swindon Dunelm.
