Went in to try/buy a new mattress, ended up buying a bed and mattress, plus another bed and mattress for our son! Sheryl was amazing - very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A very pleasant sales experience, not pushy at all.

My partner and I visited the Swindon shop in april to buy a mattress.
Wayne was knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and helped us find our perfect mattress. He was also very patient as we went back and forth between mattresses. The store was also very clean and we were also offered coffee which was a nice bonus.
We are really impressed with the quality of the Dreams brand mattress and pillows.
The whole experience buying our first mattress was very enjoyable!

If you want a great mattress and even better customer service, you should pop right on down to Dreams in Swindon and speak to Wayne.
Due to a dramatic change of life circumstances, I visited over the weekend to find myself a new mattress ready for moving house next week.
We had a good nosey around and were met with friendly and non-intrusive store colleagues who were happy to answer our questions. Realising we?d left some vouchers at home, I was said we?d pop back later that afternoon. Wayne asked some questions about what I was looking for and said he?d have a look at the clearance stock to see what would suit.
So we make our way back and in truly efficient style, Wayne has several great quality mattresses lined up for me to try and after a period of investigating, I decided on a really lovely mattress on which he was able to offer an exceptional deal.
Wayne was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I was able to collect the mattress the very next day.
At no point was there any uncomfortable pressure à la ?stereotypical? customer service, and I will undoubtedly be recommending the store and staff to anyone who will listen.
