Had a mishap when I received the order. One of the pizza was mushed during delivery. When I called them on Christmas Eve, Armaan was super swift with rectify the mistake and Leigh/lee was very accommodating. Thank you for your service.

Worst experience with branch manager. Dominos should train their manager first.Other employees are fine except him. I was checking my order after receiving but he made some negative comments and laughing himself which was no where relevant. No apology or whatever. Don?t want to see him again. Quality is also average but compared to quality manager interaction was worst hence poor customer serviceDominos you are losing customers

Some really nice people work here. But unfortunately, that doesn't translate to quality food. This particular branch has gotten my order incorrect almost as often as it has been correct. The first couple of times they replaced the order. However, now they are giving a small discount instead of making up for their error. Maybe it's because they have replaced order several times but that's really their fault. The app forces me to this branch and so is useless as I really don't want to use them again. Back to calling another branch old school by phone or to Papa Johns/Pizza Hut. Such a shame but several bad experiences would make anyone consider switching brands.

SWINDON TAW HILL - Absolutely vile and inedible foodThe branch manager at Swindon Taw Hill branch is the most obnoxious and rude representative of Dominos.Tonight I placed an order, not a cheap one, and the food was awful. Arrived cold and inedible and toppings missing as well as the wrong size - sent small instead of medium.Needless to say I complained only to receive a phone call belittling me and contesting my right to complain. Apparently, out of ten orders I received from the Taw Hill branch I?ve compiled nine times. Rightfully so.Totally irrelevant that I was informed that he had sold 400 pizzas today and I was the first to complain!Dont order then, I hear you say but when I have no choice of which branch will deliver to me (even though Cirencester branch is so much near to where I live) I don?t have a lot of choice. Until now?.never will I order from Dominos Pizza again. Just wish I had so much more to choose from in Cricklade.TrustPilot has published my review.
