I left a £5 tip on the TipJar app for the driver - I thought I would mention this to the driver to ensure they got their fair share. They informed me not to do this as the franchise manager of dominoes old town keeps these tips for himself. Obviously I have no proof but this is very worrying. If you're going to tip your driver, I suggest you give them cash.

Don't order their overpriced drinks, they never arrive. 4 drinks missing since two months. And when you try to call them. They simply come with an excuse that the manager isn't in and that they can't take a complaint now.

Just awful! Nearly 50£ for a pizza (which was half price), two icecream tubs (delivered the wrong one) and overcooked cookies and limp chicken wings - pizza topping was over cooked and pizza base very soggy - just awful!

food arrived cold after waiting more than half an hour for delivery (after they said it was out for delivery) I only live 2 mins down the road but I'm disabled so can't collect won't be using again as not the first time this has happened
