I have had the pleasure of working with Dewhurst on two house sales now and they have always been great. My most recent move was definitely not plain sailing and at times I wondered if it was all going to fall apart. Richard and Natalie were always there to help me with advice and support whilst also working tirelessly to chase the solicitors and the rest of the chain. They were incredible and I know that without them my family and I would not now be living in our forever home.Thank you Dewhurst for everything.

Natalie and Richard have been absolutely brilliant helping me with the sale of my property in north Swindon. I would HIGHLY recommend Dewhurst Estate Agents. Right from the outset they were professional, punctual and supportive. It started with Richard giving a comprehensive overview of the service they would provide, together with a realistic valuation. We were never chased to choose them, unlike other Estate Agents, and all our queries were answered promptly. They were always available and approachable and always returned calls if they were out of the office. Natalie was excellent too, always willing to chase solicitors when things seemed to slow up. They both helped to make what is sometimes a very frustrating and stressful time manageable. They also both seemed delighted for us when everything was completed, not for the commission they may have earned but out of genuine pleasure to help. Thank you again Carol & Geoff.

Dewhurst and Co were fantastic, this was our first home purchase, the whole process took eight weeks, with us exchanging after six, the only thing slowing us up was a bank holiday.Natalie was brilliant from start to finish.She was there to advise us and keep things moving throughout.Both my girlfriend and I would highly recommend them!

I use many estate agents around the country and I would put Dewhurst in the top 10%. Their valuation was spot on, and their open, honest, knowledgable and realistic approach was much appreciated. In a particularly challenging sale (due to unbelevably poor conveyancers), they handled it very well. Comunication and updates were excellent. Highly recommended.

An absolute excellent service provided by Dewhurst and Co in particular Natalie.My In-laws sold their property and brought their new home through Dewhurst. In what was a relatively long chain and at times incredibly frustrating we are very appreciative of Natalie's constant chasing and prompt updates.
