I had a unpleasant experience with them because I had a parcel to be delivered to their shop but they refused because it was too big (nowhere was specified that there are dimension requirements) and now my item that I need as soon as possible is going to be delayed because of the lack of profesionalism of the people managing this shop.

I was in the line for Collectplus parcel pickup and was asked to wait till all others from behind to finish paying first. I asked why and was told they earn min from collect and I could choose not to use them for collection. Unfortunately I didn't have a choice as eBay DPD pickup with Collectplus locations are all Costcutter in my area.

lack of professionalism
the parcel from yodel was withdrawn by the seller too early, in addition the store's representative noted that the parcel had been received
a common fraudster who does not know how to use yodel !

Never any fresh stock, and opening hours state daily from 6am, however it?s currently 7.06am and it?s shut! Cowboys, then again perhaps not! ?
