I was in the line for Collectplus parcel pickup and was asked to wait till all others from behind to finish paying first. I asked why and was told they earn min from collect and I could choose not to use them for collection. lack of professionalism
the parcel from yodel was withdrawn by the seller too early, in addition the store's representative noted that the parcel had been received a common fraudster who does not know how to use yodel !
