Ordered a flat White at the downstairs cafe. Priced displayed on screen was £3.45 but PDA when I came to pay showed £3.90. I queried the 45p price difference. The staff member then stated that a ?previous staff member had put the wrong price screen up? She then had the audacity to change the screen in front of me to what she says are the correct prices where all drinks are inexplicably at least 45p dearer. It does raise the question of when ?Happy Hour? is at the hospital cafe (or if it officially exists.)
Check the price displayed before you pay!
I am waiting a reply from trading standards.

Asked for an iced chai with less ice. But got the opposite. When I went to raise it the guy (who was in training and working today?s shift at 17:20) gave me the look that I was not welcome to say anything.

Staff slow waited 20mins to get served
My mother had her procedure quicker than it took me to get a coffee and a squashed bit of cake staff too busy chatting about how to make a drink total oblivious to the ever growing queue

Amazing staff, would highly recommend this Costa as they are so friendly especially the one that looks pregnant. Always gives me a kinda smile, quick services, remembers what I want.

Visited four times over the last week. The food and drink are great. The staff are great; I feel for them having to work in really cramped conditions. Twice out of four visits I have had my food left, uncovered, on a tray whilst my drink is prepared. Today a woman with long blonde hair leaned over my food to receive her drink from staff and a large built man stood over my food for at least two minutes. This cannot be good.
Once again, the staff are great.

The staff must be aware of the poor service, given the amount of reviews. Purely there for convenience but really not worth the hassle. Will go to the canteen next time as per other reviews.

Went for a drink and my friend got food the food was dry and not that nice. And the drinks was not great at all . Sadly the service was terrible. I was a patient and it was awful the staff was so stressed there was hardly a queue the attitude of them was terrible. I will never come to your costa again . I came on the 13 / 5/ 24

Really bad service, the blond lady and the boy were just not interested in serving the customers other than the hospital staff? we had to wait in the queue to order for at least 15min and than to get the coffee another 10min? the staff who came after us got their coffee before us. Never again getting coffee from here.

This is a pleasant Costa Coffee, apart from the toilet facility, which is poorly maintained and dirty!!!!! Handle is falling off the door, with screws hanging out- accident waiting to happen. This toilet facility is extremely dirty- build up of dirt on floor and around all floor and wall furniture!!!!!! Health hazard.
