Ordered a flat White at the downstairs cafe. Priced displayed on screen was £3.45 but PDA when I came to pay showed £3.90. I queried the 45p price difference. Asked for an iced chai with less ice. But got the opposite. When I went to raise it the guy (who was in training and working today’s shift at 17:20) gave me the look that I was not welcome to say anything.

Staff slow waited 20mins to get served My mother had her procedure quicker than it took me to get a coffee and a squashed bit of cake staff too busy chatting about how to make a drink total oblivious to the ever growing queue
