They gave the wrong order as they 'didn't have any of the drink I asked for'. In that case, tell me- rather than giving me something I didn't ask for and charging me for it? I didn't say much as there was a queue but I wasn?t happy.

Location fine, service ok. But I had 1 piece of toast and marmalade with pot of tea, came to nearly £5. The small pat of butter supplied hardly covered the toast, asked for more butter, was then charged a further 10 pence. Bit over the top. Probably won?t visit again.

They were understaffed but that's not the fault of the 2 people who did show up to work! For only being second in the queue I do think waiting nearly 15 mins for a coffee is pretty bad though. I will say their gingerbread latte is definitely my favourite seasonal drink I've tried at any coffee shop this year so I'll definitely be back.

This is absolutely abysmal customer service! They have the audacity to advertise food delivery in a mere 15 minutes, but in reality, it will consume a mind-numbing 2 hours of your precious time just to get the food to your doorstep. If they can't even manage to keep up with their own advertised times, why on earth are they in the business of wasting people's time with their abominable service? It's beyond atrocious!
