Very crowded in the place tried to get a the toastie deal but picked up wrong toasties then had a guessing game with staff trying to get the correct one. Then came out burnt. Also despite loads of advertising they do not have the Spanish latte.

5 staff milling around behind the till not really doing anything. Didn't get served for 15 mins despite staff not doing anything!

The sound in here is awful, it?s so loud. You either sit and all you can hear are the coffee machines going, or you sit at the bottom and you can hear everyone else?s conversation but not your own. Food and drinks are standard, service was standard.
Just needs some soft furnishings to absorb the sound. This is my last visit it?s just awful. ?

Decided to go in as the cue wasn?t actually too long. I was barely welcomed and then they took my order blandly. Waited for our drinks for like 10mins and when she finally clicked that I was stood there when everyone else was done she just straight up asked me what are you waiting for. No apology or any interaction when we finally got our drinks. Also the facilities are absolutely disgusting, I walked into the only toilet that worked and there was writing all over the mirrors and rubbish everywhere. Came to try this place to give it another chance as it keeps happening but i can firmly say I won?t be back.

Only one toilet working. The other toilet has been out of order for months. Always a long wait. Don't understand why they don't fix it.

Oversized ridiculous coffee cups. Want coffee not soup! Very echoey and coffee tastes burnt and very bland.

We walk the dogs on a loop of 6 miles and this Costa is our stop point for a coffee, we do get take out as it is always busy so we carry on our walk, the people that service us are all great and make fab
