I had a coffee and honestly it was really nice coffee but staff is not good because one of there staff member with blond hair I think her name is something starts from K I read from chest batch, she was so rude and bad in behaviour . She served me coffee like i didn?t pay for that and after that she didn?t tell me as well that coffee is mine or not and which coffee is that latte or cappuccino, then I ask her she miss behave with me . So, kindly request to Costa manager to have a look on this . Please.

This is absolutely abysmal customer service! They have the audacity to advertise food delivery in a mere 15 minutes, but in reality, it will consume a mind-numbing 2 hours of your precious time just to get the food to your doorstep. If they can't even manage to keep up with their own advertised times, why on earth are they in the business of wasting people's time with their abominable service? It's beyond atrocious!

Just popped in for a bit of lunch with my two daughters. There was no que so we were pleased, however the lady with the curly brown hair that served us (who also had no name badge on) was obviously not happy to serve us! She didn?t say anything just stared at me, there was no hello or how can I help. She just stood arms folded. So proceeded to place my order politely, she took the order but continued to stare over us and made no eye contact, there was no smile or any kind of customer service at all. Made us feel very uncomfortable. I asked for a small size drink and was served and charged for a medium. I thought it was just us she took a dislike to but I watched her continuously serving people with no sign of customer service at all. Come on Costa normally your service is fantastic. I suggest some customer service training is needed to bring her up to Costa customer service standard.
