“Visited the Orbital store earlier today looking to pick up a lipstick ( same colour as always) and a lovely lady approached me called Cyron at the No 7 counter.
She asked if she could help and I was somewhat taken back as usually the staffing levels are pretty low on most visits.
I was shown a complete range of different colours, eyebrow and blushers etc.
She really went the extra mile and took the time offering her advice, and in the process learned a little about herself which was lovely.
I came away with a lot more than I went in for which in fact turned out really well.
Cyron is a credit to the team.

“I really like shopping in here it is so reasonably priced and great at Christmas too. All the gift packs you can't go wrong, from shampoo to toothpaste and mouthwash, razor blades for the guys cheaper than anywhere else, and us girls Olay blades. Check it out and the staff were really helpful.”
“I shopped in store today, and I must say the self scan check outs are a total nightmare for 1 staff member alone to sort out aswell as working on the normal till too. This is not convenient for the huge queue of people wanting to make purchases but I have to say your staff member, Luke I believe, remained calm under a lot of pressure from customers and was so friendly and polite, this staff member certainly deserves some recognition for his hardworking and polite work ethic.”

“I love this shop, it is great. The quality of the products is superb. The gift sets are really nice presents to both recieve and give. My daughter uses a range called vit E that really works well for her. I may switch from Clarins for it! The shop is not big, but to be honest you don't need big. The cleverly display items and make the shop feel uncluttered and spacious. The have started a customer loyalty card where you save stamps and get free gifts once you reach a limit. On your birthday they send you a gift certificate. So very nice scheme.”
“Very helpful staff bur always a que at pharmacy so plan a longer trip if the pharmacy is needed. But once at the counter staff are brilliant and know there stuff”
