Came here for a coffee break while nearby. Seemed like a nice place on the high street. Staff quite friendly and good service. I just had a cappuccino and a flapjack. The flapjack was OK but not much different from a packet one which was a shame. Coffee I was offered option of strong blend which I chose. Still the coffee was very weak and not that good. I was here mid afternoon and place was also not as clean as it could be especially as it wasn't overly busy at this time. Could still be worth a visit but unless the coffee gets better I'll look again.

First time in this coffee shop and will happily go back. The cinnamon roll and peanut butter hot chocolate with oat milk was divine. Like a hug in a cup.

We just don't know what's wrong with this place now - but I suspect it's the staff now. Our past 3 visits (over a period of nearly a year) have all been disappointingly bad and very much the same: they haven't got what you initially ask for, they then don't have the bits to complete your second choice drink (no cream or toppings, etc.), and you also feel like your bothering or interrupting the girls serving during they're very important conversations. Of course, no soap in the (dirty) toilets either...We'll be avoiding it from now on - I recommend others do too.

Went in yesterday for coffee and was told they had none and weren't able to offer any hot drinks except tea, the tables were cluttered and dirty and I had to ask for sugars. Everything seemed to be extra for them to do.

Being run by 2 youngsters , asked if we wanted our coffees strong or smooth , didn't mention that it was an extra 30p each for these choices. I thought it was a basic choice for the coffees we were buying , really sneaky way of making extra money as not explained at all , well for 60p extra you've lost 2 potential future customers. When i realised and mentioned what she did when we both left all i got was a "Whatever". An ongoing trend which takes humanity and joy out of what should be a pleasurable experience.

Got there around 0900hrs....was empty.....ordered my coffee and a sandwich....coffee was the best I'd had for a long time....service was with a smile and quite attractive too.
