Real downward spiral since store reduced in size.
Ended up abandoning visit as self pay not working to scan membership card to get reduced prices and normal till queue to the back of shop. Grabbed essentials from awful Morrisons daily a couple of doors away.
Shame I used to like this shop......

Usually no issue with sending a parcel but today the check-in person decided to cause me anxiety by saying there might be an issue with my parcel due to size. I purchased a label which exceeded the size and weight of my parcel. Why she continued to try and worry me is questionable. I explained that if there was an issue then evri should not of allowed me to purchase the label. I purposelessly purchased a label that had weight and size limits that I knew my parcel was under and paid £7+ for it. She continued and I said there was no need for people to feel anxious . She said some people send large parcels with a small label. I thanked her for her concern and left but as I made my way home i found myself getting irritated enough to make this known in the hope that I or others are not subjected to this embarrassing scene with a queue of customers behind me.

I go to this shop regularly. There are a handful of nice staff, the rest kinda just look at you gormless, not a great selection of items as when I made an order for my shopping 70% of it was not found.
