I had the most incredible service here today, I went to return a pair of shoes whose uppers had started to separate from their roles. I was concerned that i didn't have a receipt but I had the transaction on the bank statement. The person I spoke to was wonderful, explaining the returns policy for faulty shoes (6 months) and further explained why the fault could have occurred. It turns out that the shoes didn't really suit the shape of my feet and he went into great detail about how shoes wear in and how foot shape relates to shoe shape and how that impacts stretch, wear and creasing.
He suggested shoes that better complimented the shape of my feet and checked the fit, the first time anyone has taken the time to do so for me as an adult. The faulty shoes (that may have been my poor fitting choice rather than faulty) were exchanged and I cannot wait to try out my new shoes next week.
The knowledge and passion for footwear shown today was exemplary, he knew exactly which shoe to recommend for my foot shape and profession and I feel we barely scratched the surface of his capability.

A member of staff named Imogen was absolutely brilliant with advising what first shoes my son required. They provided the confidence we were lacking before we went in. We?d highly recommend this store to anyone in a similar boat.

Some of the best customer service we have experienced in a long time. Despite being late on a Saturday, the staff were attentive, friendly, knowledgable and best of all knew how to speak to kids. Really impressed thank you.

We visited this week with a young child to be measured and hopefully buy some shoes but it was truly painful trying to get served even though we were the only customers there. Even when we could get hold of someone they disappeared straight away and we had to go find them again.. Must do better Clarks at the Outlet!

It is a good shoe shop, although the prices used to be much better.Well spaced out, there are plenty of places to sit and try shoes on.On this occasion, many shoes were just left all over the floor.Scan QR code at the till for an additional discount.

No pushy salespeople, we measured our daughters' feet ourselves as at a previous Clarks they measured her bigger than I knew she was.There are plenty of shoes to pick from. Found some school ones and was pleased to see they were only £34. I will definitely use outlet shop for shoes in the future as so much easier and quicker by miles!!
