I had the most incredible service here today, I went to return a pair of shoes whose uppers had started to separate from their roles. I was concerned that i didn't have a receipt but I had the transaction on the bank statement. A member of staff named Imogen was absolutely brilliant with advising what first shoes my son required. They provided the confidence we were lacking before we went in. We’d highly recommend this store to anyone in a similar boat.
