Such a great experience yesterday and we were wowed by Frank. we'd booked tickets for a 1210 showing but the M4 was closed and we were stuck at a standstill for two hours. Frank helped us exchange our tickets for the 1550 4d showing of Dune 2 which helped us out loads. Big shout out to Frank and to the team there. The seats were great, the loos clean and the popcorn very tasty.

First visit to this particular Cineworld to watch Vanya (which is absolutely brilliant!) and I was very impressed with how clean it was with staff ready to clean the screen as soon as we had finished watching (take note Vue!!!). Staff were also very friendly. Well done, Cineworld for a fantastic cinema experience!

The senior showing on Wednesdays is brilliant. Great value and lovely films. Saw the great escape last Wednesday. Was an enjoyable experience.
