Not happy with letting side of business. I signed letting agreement and cancelled in 5 working days. Agency have not done any shows and asking me to pay full bill of 750£ for doing nothing for me. I found tenants myself and was not happy on such attitude towards me. Please don't ever sign any letting agreements with them, because they do sole agency and trying to have eclusivity for 12 weeks. And even work is not done try to bill you and harrass with this.

Michael has been fantastic. Really engaging and has kept us updated throughout the sale of the house. Made sure we understood everything involved in simple terms which was appreciated. They turned around the sale very quickly, selling in just 3 weeks. Would highly recommend them!

I have always appreciated Mr michael Hughes' proffesionalism, and having had not so good experiences with other agents, I have valued the fact he is a mature, experienced agent, who listened to me properly and has done his utmost to accomodate my needs, and answer my questions to my satisfaction. I would love to leave a 5 star review for Chancellors in Swindon. From start to finish I have had an extremely pleasant experience with securing my new apartment with special thanks to Matthew for being extremely professional whilst also so friendly and very prompt with everything. I was always kept informed and felt so comfortable throughout. Tayla was also very friendly and very professional whilst showing me around the apartment. She was happy to answer any questions I had and I was just very impressed with the overall experience. I previously had Chancellors with my first time renting a year ago and they were fantastic then too. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place!

I have recently had the pleasure of working with the Chancellors, and I must say that the service I received was exceptional. Bradley, in particular, was a superb help throughout the entire process. His dedication, professionalism, and knowledge made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered and any concerns were addressed promptly. It took less than 10 days from viewing to signing the tenancy contract which was highly impressive. I was looking to sell my property. Initial meeting went well but I decided to use a different estate agents in the end.Ever since they have frequently called me leaving voicemails and emails asking to keep in touch. I can understand one or two calls and I am often happy to give the benefit of the doubt but their repeated calls over the last 2 months have progressed to being a nuisance. I've asked for my records to be removed and to be left alone - hopefully now the calls will stop.If I feel the need to switch estate agents I will not be considering Chancellor's in future.
