Not a bad store, only bugbear was the wait to be served although they were training more staff the day I went. In the main the staff were good but they must sometimes be overwhelmed by the length of the queue.

After being accused of not having id with my own picture on it, saying it wasn't me, they agreed to give money after testing, then tried to give me not the same condition tablet back saying it was middle eastern, who cares, its not something im aware of, then they called security on me i left they kept the tablet and then refused to let me complain. I went to push the charity box and ended up pushing the monitors over, by accident.

I won?t be shopping here again. I waited in line for 10 minutes to buy a game, only to get home and find they had put the wrong one in the case. I had to go all the way back to return it, and when I explained the mistake to a staff member stacking shelves that made the error originally, I was told I?d have to wait in the 15-minute queue again. Poor service and frustrating experience.

Its a difficult one but going to give a positive review ?. Its because the till queues here take ages. However the staff are nice and helpful and its a great place to get good movies 2nd hand at great prices. Quality of 2nd hand discs are on the whole great!! Sometimes its very difficult to get their labels off the cases ?. Good to see a lot of different people come here.

This is the best place to get games in the Brunel because Nintendo Wii games are really good I like the XBOX360 games because there really cheap
