Zero stars at best....Exceptionally rude arrogant man. I went and came away feeling humiliatited and embarrassed. Front door is hard to open. Horrendous customer service.

Went to the cash for clothes with multiple bags of clothes& shoes. I was greeting with a ?what?.After sorting the clothes, a few the clothes the man couldn?t accept which was no problem. He was extremely rude in how he went around it. He threw one of the T-shirts over the screen to proves point he couldn?t take it.I got a good rate for the clothes but unfortunately will not be returning as the customer service was appalling.

Gavin saved the day, taking all my clothes to cash for clothes, was welcomed by Gavin such a friendly guy, Decided after so many years of putting it off ,tofinally clear all the clothes in our loft- which was quite a lot, especially when you keep thinking, I may need them someday.

Place was advertised as open and the front door was open. Pressed the bell multiple times but no response after waiting 20 minutes at 16:15 on a Monday. Place was quiet but there were people in the warehouse outback. Just had to leave clothes there with no service.

the member of staff was efficient and polite - however make sure you have plenty of time as they have to look at every individual article of clothing and will only take very good quality - fair enough, but it would be good if it said they would look carefully at each item so you know before you go.
