Great location. Staff were amazing, the food was great. The room facilities were just what was needed and comfortable. The decor is a little dated but not to the point of uncomfortable. Loved the fact I can travel with my pet.

Absolutely a shocker of a place. Rooms are awful, beds, very poor, location: right next to a racetrack, all night, all you hear are boy racers tearing up and down Gt Western Way. Cheap and nasty.

Everything, from reception to manager seemed like there first day, no clue on how to deal with public and work in hospitality, except 1 gentleman in reception, he was pretty good, the hotel smelled of eather curry or marijuana depending on the day, faulty shower, dirty bedding on arrival, with new sheets laid yet dirty, was moved rooms 2x, Never staying again, just because it's the cheapest hotel doesn't mean It has to be this bad, sent an email to their main offices 2 days ago never got a response, campanille is worst hotel and company I have ever seen, oh and the manager seemed way to angry at me complaining about this all and wanted to offer me free breakfast, wouldn't touch there breakfast with a 10 foot pole.
Make shore you deal with the Portuguese lad at reception he's really good, everybody else seems to not like to deal with clients, everyone has a bad attitude and posture.

Hotel room is dirty, lots of hair in the bathroom, staff unhelpful. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to.
You'll get a fine from another company because the staff won't tell you that parking is not free.

The hotel smells of weed, rooms smell of I don't even know what. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, light in the bathroom in the first room given didn't work then lady in reception gave us a different room on ground floor where window didn't shut properly. So was quite cold as stayed in mid winter. The only good thing about this hotel was lady in reception. I booked the hotel for 2 nights as had some courses near by but checked out after 1st night. In the morning a different reception lady asked if I wanted a free breakfast as for bad experience which I declined. Staff is nice but hotel is not.

This place is a scam!! You park to pick up a parcel and you get finned. When I appealed and sent evidence of what I was picking up, they refused. £200 fine for picking up a parcel from the pick-up point!

My stay at the Campanile Hotel Swindon was satisfactory for the price. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for my needs. However, the facilities feel a bit dated, and there were maintenance issues, such as the lift being out of order. Overall, it?s a good choice for a budget-friendly and simple stay.

Bed bug infestations
Fire safety issues. (The roof literally went on fire during my stay.
Poor cleanliness.
Woodlice
Other bugs (such as stinkbugs)
Parking charges (ANPR)
Limited food options (Literally only pizza on most nights)
Inoperable Lift
Dirty Carpets
The list goes on. I will let the pictures and videos do the talking.
The reception staff were pleasant enough, but this is the only redeeming quality.
Avoid this hotel.

Good location not far from the motorway
The hotel is not worth the price they charge
Very small room
Lift not working so we had to carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs no offer of help was forthcoming
The room had a water leak in the ceiling and the carpets were wet and the bedding felt very Damp
Light in bathroom didn?t work
Shower ran hot and cold mainly cold

I loved my stay at the hotel, only two days, great location, very professional and attentive staff, well-equipped room, basic but exactly what I was looking for, it was not my first stay and I will be back soon, I believe that the price between £30 / £50 per night will be within the range, above that it is worth looking for another hotel. Parking is now paid, but a very insignificant amount. I believe it is £2.30 for 24 hours or something similar. Many thanks to the entire team.
I definitely recommend this hotel...
