The British Heart Foundation have a charity shop in Havelock Street. In this street, there are several charity shops on both sides of the road, so it is heaven if you like browsing round charity shops. The British Heart Foundation sell mostly used clothing and bric a brac, books, toys that has been donated, but also some new items. The staff there are polite and helpful and I would say it is worth having a look. You might happen to find something you are looking for. You can also pop in to take a bag away to fill up, if you feel like sorting through your own stuff and decluttering.
