The best pub meal we have had in a long time.
Hot food and very tasty.
We ordered from the specials meal and it was amazing value. The best vegan meal we have seen offered.
The only downside was that the carpets are not in good condition.

Came in after the new year for a lunch and found out the menu has been updated and the prices have gotten even cheaper. Food quality is still good and the staff are great, served by Nancy at the bar. Will recommended coming in.

My five star review is mainly for the professionalism and care shown by Casey and other staff members.
I was in an exspensive establishment today who were not very helpful and caring.
Casey and beyond and above. A great asset to the place.

I have a serious allergy to garlic. All the staff were really on it from the start. But! Casey went way, way above expectations with his concerns of cross contamination at the self serve servery. I assured him it was fine as I would find my nemesis very quickly, which I did---in the cauliflower cheese. That was my first choice and the reason I went for a vegetarian option. I filled a clean plate with all the other veg and went mostly satisfied. Then Casey turned up and apologised profusely again and again. He then made sure my wife and I could choose any dessert on the house! So, goodbye Toby carvery and a big Hello for future visits to Brewers Fayre. Thank you all for excellent service throughout. I'll be back!

Unfortunately, the service was not very good. Only one person at the bar serving drinks but also taking orders. The staff looked as though they didn't want to be there. We went on 22nd December. The main chef and manager were the only happy ones. The food was ok. My daughter has a Christmas tree garlic bread and pizza. They cut into triangles. To make look like a tree. It was quite disappointing.

Pulled in on my motorcycle to grab a hot meal on a very cold day. Saw that some of the tables had reserved signs on them, so chose a table for two that had no reserve sign. Was immediately approached by a large foreign lady who informed me that it was reserved, and I could sit only at the tables behind the bar area, which were deserted. I asked if all the tables in the dining area were reserved and the said that they were. My instincts told me that she was lying. A customer seated nearby was shaking her head, clearly disappointed with my treatment. Just to be sure, I sat near the entrance, and of course a couple came in, and she asked if they had reservations, and they told her that they didn't. And she promptly asked them to follow her and sat them in the dining are where all the tables were apparently "reserved". Needless to say I won't be going back.

OMG. This place is grubby. Cannot have even had a vacuum in days and it really needs a deep clean. There were dried, crispy, peas on the floor and the feet of the table was encrusted with dirt and dust. Toilets were a disgrace and hard surfaces sticky.
Even the outside desperately needs a lick of paint.
We were seated promptly and the staff were friendly and approachable.
Food was lukewarm but edible.

We were visiting family who live in Swindon and stay at the Kembrey park. Our experience at the Brewers Fayre was excellent. There was 6 in our party and I ordered for 4 of us but one of our meals had being missed off. The manger on duty was quick to rectify this and they dealt with it very well.
Kid-friendliness: Had our breakfast also there and there were lots of families.
