My breakfast order was the only one when I placed it, after waiting 20 mins I went up to ask where it was as there were 4 girls behind the counter & one was prepping a breakfast for another order!! When I asked I was told they were Short staffed & had no one to run it out?? I told her I would have collected it!! ?Oh no it?s coming now! Was the reply, she bought it over, egg was Luke warm, bacon was Hard & sausage had been sitting some time Somewhere!!!! Never Again!!!!

We have been here a few time, popped in for lunch with our little boy. The food was lovely, panini were hot but still soft.
Great high chairs, and baby changing in every loo. All the staff were lovely, smiled and interacted with our boy when he waved at them.

Disappointed with food. All day breakfast.. Fried eggs were very hard and chewy, no runny yolk what so ever.
Bacon also hard and over cooked, beyond crispy. Sausage was okay if a little over cooked. Also ordered breakfast ingredients for a separate meal. Fried bread is too hard to eat... grilled tomatoes cold and very hard. Beans, luke warm, hash brown passable.
Nice pot of tea. Will not be returning.

its a genuinely good place to stop and get food or drinks. the servers are friendly, and the food gets delivered quickly. the menu is fairly extensive and the price for their food if pretty good

Very good chillie chips, avoid the toasted tea cake special. Tea cakes are rigid and stale. Milkshakes served in warm glasses. Eat here if all nearby places are closed.

The place is busy in a good way. The staff are friendly and well set up for a busy service. I had an Americano and a plain Croissant and was offered butter with it which is great. The music also being played is 80s and 90s. Good place to get some English breakfast and lunch in Swindon.
