Been going to Boots for years for a flu jab, cancelled on me twice.
I'm the one paying for it this isn't company offered, I even booked time off work since I work nights at a warehouse.
This is the last time I go through them. Especially when my phone got IP-Blocked for just trying to get a new appointment booked.
If you live in Bassett and can't travel it sucks, but as for me. I've taken my business to Asda West Swindon. Which is cheaper anyway.

We moved to Boots after a prescription mix up at another chemist that felt very dangerous as it was the wrong dose for a young child. But crikey compared to this lot all is forgiven! The prescriptions don't arrive at the pharmacy for up to 24hrs. Then they don't have the medicines in (and this was inhalers for a child) They put you on a text system as its coming in 'this afternoon' and you don't get a text for A WEEK! We waited a week for breathing meds for a child.Then again prescription doesn't come in. Have to wait. Come back in an hour. Still not in..stuck in 'the hub.' Weird other pharmacy never has this problem. Oh look now its the weekend it will be Monday. Oh look now it's lunch time go away. Even when you start to get the medicine before 1pm you are kicked out at 1pm and still not allowed what you need.I have yet to have a single experience where you walk in, get your script, get your meds and then leave like a normal chemist. There is permanent and persistent issues and problems every single time. I have come to loath the place.I do not know what the problem is here but parenting is hard enough without endless time wasting and roadblocks especiallywhen you have really sick kids. I will feed back to the surgery as well and tell them to recommend other chemists.Never again. Think we've give you plenty of chances to get it sorted out.

The staff ladies are very kind & helpful.Thursday Nov 11th 2022.A year later after my last feedback and I continue to love this Chemist! All the staff are so nice so, thank you all so much again! :)

The staff here were very polite and professional, it's a great service. I do wish their prices on the goods they sell were more reasonable, but the chemist section is one of the best I've used.
