Visited the Orbital store earlier today looking to pick up a lipstick ( same colour as always) and a lovely lady approached me called Cyron at the No 7 counter.
She asked if she could help and I was somewhat taken back as usually the staffing levels are pretty low on most visits.
I was shown a complete range of different colours, eyebrow and blushers etc.
She really went the extra mile and took the time offering her advice, and in the process learned a little about herself which was lovely.
I came away with a lot more than I went in for which in fact turned out really well.
Cyron is a credit to the team.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the pharmacist who helped us 10-February-2025. My son fell ill, and after contacting the 111 service, I was advised to consult with a pharmacist. Initially, I visited a asda pharmacy, but I was very disappointed with the consultation. The pharmacist reluctantly examined my child and simply assured me that everything was fine?without even asking for his age or entering any information into the computer. As a mother, I instinctively knew that something was not right.
Determined to get a second opinion, I then went to Boots Orbital Pharmacy. There, Raluca Chisu (also known as Lulu) listened to our concerns attentively. She took the time to carefully examine my son, treating him with kindness and genuine care. It was clear that she loves her work and is truly dedicated to her profession. Based on her thorough assessment, she shared her opinion regarding the diagnosis and even arranged an appointment with a doctor since, due to my son?s age and the suspected diagnosis, she could not prescribe medication herself.
I rarely write reviews, but Lulu?s exceptional professionalism and compassion deserve special recognition. If all pharmacists approached their work with the same level of seriousness and care, patient care would undoubtedly be much better.

The people are great. However, the opening times are somewhat erratic. I checked online Sunday only to get here and find out it was shut early. So I?ve come back Monday lunchtime and it shut Monday lunchtime. I appreciate everybody?s entitled to a break but you might be open as a service during other peoples free time. Just to help everybody else it shut for lunch 2 o?clock to 3 o?clock.

Outstanding Customer Service from Kira at Boots
I recently visited my local Boots pharmacy in search of a foundation and was fortunate to be assisted by a lovely young lady named Kira. She was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable, guiding me to the No7 counter and helping me find the perfect shade?Warm Ivory. She even provided me with some samples to try, which was so helpful in making my decision.
Thanks to Kira?s excellent advice and warm, friendly service, I?ve now purchased the foundation online and couldn?t be happier with my choice. She is an absolute asset to Boots, and I truly appreciate the care she took to help me. Thank you, Kira, for such a wonderful experience!

This place. Never, ever have adequate people on the tills to prevent queues. Sometimes, no one on the tills at all. And I?m standing there thinking ?how long do I wait?? Get the queues down and staff on the tills. Ruins what could be a nice shopping experience as not everyone can afford to waste 30 mins or more waiting in a queue.

Lovely friendly lady in the make up isle today whilst stocking up she offered to help me if I needed it was shocked I've never been offered help in there before and ended up walking out with 2 lipsticks. She's an absolute credit to your team I believe she had an American accent

I love coming to Boots and often nip in for something however, it?s always noticed that there is a severe lack of staff. Especially when one poor colleague is on the till and is constantly and I mean constantly buzzing for some help because the queue has built up and people are waiting a long time to pick up their parcels etc - When someone does eventually turn up, they don?t seem in any hurry nor do they apologise or thank anyone for waiting. Honestly, the staff just come across as down right lazy and it?s frustrating.
I used to work in retail and very much appreciate that it?s a difficult job but I value customer service and it?s such a shame that any form of decent Customer Service is non existent.

The pharmacy team don't pick their calls. I was sent a referral to boots pharmacy from 111 team. but they don't pick their calls to explain my problem and get proper medication. Worst experience. Had to suffer from severe back pain couldn't get my medication in time
