I am absolutely delighted to have B&M so close to home! The staff are lovely people, always with a smile on their faces. The store is always well kept and organised.
The staff are always incredibly friendly and willing to help. I'd like to give special mention to the manager and Megan, who was absolutely delightful - always smiling, friendly and with a great energy. I visited at the end of the day, but she was still super attentive. People like them make all the difference.

I don't visit here often. On my recent visit i found they have made the aisles really narrow by putting endless piles of products all down the middle (products that are also available elsewhere in the shop). This made it difficult and stressful to move around especially as it was quite busy. I gave up and bought a couple of things then left. A step backwards in terms of accessibility too which is a shame as there used to be plenty of space. I'll go elsewhere in future.

Some lessons in customer service might be helpful. Made to feel as if it was my fault a product didn't have a barcode on, had to go and get a new one myself, and then made to feel bad for holding up the queue. Not a single thanks for doing their job for them.
