We took our dog Daisy to Millie at Bella JoJo's for the first time today, she had a full groom and we are so impressed with how good she looks. Millie did an amazing job of the groom, Daisy is so soft and trimmed to perfection - we hardly recognised her! She's quite nervous around groomers usually so we've been grooming her at home until now but in future, she will be going back to Millie at Bella JoJo's - worth every penny and very reasonably priced for the amount of time that was spent on Daisy.
She not only looks amazing but smells amazing too - we can't stop cuddling her! Daisy had a few matts because she doesn't like being brushed much but Millie sorted it all out and didn't make us feel judged or bad about it.
We would recommend Bella JoJo's and in particular Millie, to anyone - we've already booked Daisy in for her next pamper!

Had two puppy grooms now & both times super happy with the results. Lacey is super informative. Tank practically sprints through the door when we walk by now so I am confident he is treated exceptionally well x

We have been taking Ted to Bella Jo Jo?s to be groomed by Maddie since he was a puppy and she never disappoints! We are always extremely happy and overjoyed when we pick Ted up and Maddie couldn?t do a better job. Due to Teds breed/coat (Cavapoo) we have had a few issues with matting (our fault) in the past and Maddie always does a brilliant job at removing the matt and always suggests ways to prevent matting in the future.
Trust is a very important thing when you are leaving your fur baby to be groomed and we 100% have that trust at Bella Jo Jos. Ted absolutely loves Maddie, even to the point when we say her name at home he will tilt his head and wag his tail!
If you are looking for a groomer I definitely recommend Maddie, you will not be disappointed!

We would like to give a massive shout out to Lacey at Lacey?s Grooms, based in Bella Jo Jo?s in Wood Street. Lacey is so professional and we know that our little man is well looked after and cared for and looks forward to his visits.
This week, Lacey went above and beyond and we can?t thank her enough. When picking Lou up, she said I don?t mean to worry you, but ? puppy mum anxiety overload ?She asked whether our Vet has ever mentioned anything with his legs, as he didn?t seem to keen on having them lifted and also wondered about a possible yeast infection. as he has been chewing his back paw. It was probably nothing, but maybe worth checking out.
I rang the Vets straight away and Trev took him to be seen yesterday afternoon. It is believed that he has a problem with his patella dislocating out of the normal groove, that forms part of the knee joint. We have to see the Vet again in six months. He was loathe to operate as he is still young, but may have to consider it in the future. Also, there wasn?t an infection, but believes he does have a possible allergy ?
Given that our little whirlwind is always on the go and runs through the house like a tornado, we never would have even given this a thought, so we are so very grateful to you Lacey.

Have visited Lacey twice now and she is wonderful; so attentive and always asks how we would like our dog groomed and its the little extra touches too, for instance remembering he has a slight bump on his leg. You can tell she is passionate about her job. Thanks!
