Great service. Called into the shop for an unusual battery size. Called In and informed of battery that was required from info on old battery , a very friendly Matt had a look and had one !! We drove straight there and collected ! Price was fair and 200% cheeper than Amazon!!!Great service will be using again !

I needed 4 very obscure and very small batteries. BBL not only had them in stock, they even fitted them for me. Brilliant service and all done, with a smile, for a smidge over a fiver. Well impressed!

What excellent customer service! Matt in Swindon goes above and beyond. My wife collected a battery for me last week, alas I ordered the wrong one (idiot). I went in with her today and Matt remembered the name on the invoice! Quick swap out to the right one and we're going good ?. I hope his bosses see this and pass...
