As a customer of barcalys for 3-4 years I felt very disappointed after I left an appointment today. I spoke to a lady called Meena (even though it was supposed to be with Roxane but because of there un organised system they just put me with whoever was free) and she cut me off everytime I tried to speak . Then said she didn?t understand the notes on the system which I didn?t have a problem with until she then continued to have no interest in what I was trying to say . Then advised me to go and open an account with a different bank which was very strange. Won?t be returning!

Helency was so helpful and polite. She helped my elderly parents sort their online banking. My dad is getting old, bless him he got confused between his debit card pin and online banking passcode. He got locked out. Helency was very calm, friendly. She assured she will help. We got everything sorted at the end. Great service. Thank you.

I went into the bank today with some queries on my account. Charan who was friendly and very helpful made sure I was able to speak to someone . Cheryl sat and went through all my questions and answered them in a friendly and professional manner taking her time to make sure my queries were answered and giving me advice and information where needed.

Charan helps me sooooo much everytime I come in. She recognises me by name and is very customer focused. I bring it about about £1000 in coins every time as I am a treasurer from a community group and deal with donations. She has a wonderful personality and is spot on professional.
