I try to open the account and was having problems came into the branch and was helped by Carol . She assisted me to download the app and waked me through opening the account on Bmb she was very patient and kind Thank you.

Helency was so helpful and polite. She helped my elderly parents sort their online banking. My dad is getting old, bless him he got confused between his debit card pin and online banking passcode.
