Very poor set up herw now. Had to que up for 25 mins to pay with cash as now the returns desk is the same desk as the pay with cash. It does not work this has happened 3 times to me now where i have waited over 15 minuites!!! They have ruined what was a good returns set up by housing more indoor plants. Whoever decided this is a mooron!

Very big store up Swindon only went in to get a water butt spares but they had the very thing i wanted went straight to a man till which was good would recommend this store for anyone going a bit of DIY

Don't order anything for delivery been promised twice stayed in on both occasions never arrived
No communication you expect a bit better service when you spend £600 with them

I was up early one day and impressed even myself when I was at B and Q at 7am! I headed to the aggregates as I needed some gravel and other bits. I met Alex and Kev who work there who were both so very lovely and so very helpful. They went above and beyond their roles to help and assist me, and it made the whole experience so enjoyable and very different to my usual pop in. I went in a week late with my dog Doughnut to meet them both especially. Thank you so much Kev and Alex, you are both ace and real assetts to the B&Q team.

The worst customer service ever. I bought plants online; they arrived half-dead, but they blame another company for the delivery. I paid B&Q, so I expect a refund or replacement from them, not someone else.

Selected numerous items....all out of stock eventually get one in stock and the guy who unlocks the cabinet has gone on lunch ????.
Ridiculous....no wonder people shop on-line.
