“Outstanding! Had an emergency on the M4 and needed the part last minute, Jerry pulled all the stops and sorted me out 15 minutes before they closed. I showed up 15 minutes after they had closed and one of Jerry's colleague handed me the part. Phenomenal!!!!”
“Ordered a set of Thule Roof bars for click and collect. Person on the till went out back and on return quizzed me about what I'd ordered. She'd noticed that I needed 3 parts but she only had 2 so checked the order, which was correct. Turned out it had been picked incorrectly which she picked up on, returned to the warehouse and got the right part.
