Atwell Martin provided an exceptional rental experience for my almost 3-year stay. From the outset, Tom and Trevor ensured a seamless check-in, while Lloyd's maintenance support was always prompt and friendly. As well as that, Daisy, Courtney, and Trevor facilitated a smooth checkout experience which I am grateful for. The flat exceeded expectations in both modernity and affordability. Despite occasional tenant issues, Atwell Martin consistently handled all complaints professionally and promptly. I had the pleasant opportunity to rent a flat with the help and support Atwell Martin in Swindon, UK. I was there in the flat for about a year and half. I must say, it was an Absolute Pleasure to deal with Atwell Martin team. Atwell Martin team is very professional and at the same time very friendly. I had the pleasure in working with several team members of Atwell Martin. To name a few Mr. Trevor, Ms. Daisy, Ms. Courtney. All of them possess a high degree of professionalism and very friendly, positive attitude. I was never disappointed by the Atwell Martin team for whatever the issue may be. Atwell Martin team always jumped in and helped me. The culture and behaviour of Atwell Martin team was always appreciable.This also created lots of trust and easy going while dealing with Atwell Martin team. They have also helped in few negotiations with the Landlord and it was quite +ve for me as a tenant. I just want to say May God bless Atwell Martin team and they grow at a greater Speed.

Trevor & the lettings/property management team have looked after my properties for the past few years and found me many great tenants. The service is always 5* and it?s lovely being able to pop into the office to see everyone and discuss what I need to. Highly recommended agent for vendors, landlords, buyers and renters!

We would definitely recommend Atwell Martin as your estate agent. We had a worry free, peaceful 2 years with them, they are very professional and such a lovely team. The communications were very clear and any maintenance requests were passed to the landlord the same day. They see to it that both landlord and tenants received the correct information. We would like to specially mention Daisy who was our go to person for any questions and we always received prompt response. We had a very positive experience throughout our tenancy period. Thank you Daisy and thank you team.

If I could give this estate agency a zero on the rental side, I would!.I can't speak for the sales side, but on the rental side they just LOVE to collaborate with dodgy landlords and rent out below-standard properties with death trap electrics.Supposed to be a "Managed Property", but even a single-celled Ameoba could do a better job!.Oh, and the inventory check out? - extra photos not in the original inventory of previous marks on walls and flooring marks coming through the lounge ceiling from the floorboards above? That's okay, because they pin it on you!. Infact, whatever they can find, so that you don't get all of your deposit back. They behave like they are in cahoots with their landlords for a little extra "pocket money" on tenants' check outs. If you want a professional estate agency who is honest and fair, then this is NOT THE ONE!. PLEASE - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!....

Tom has been excellent in helping me find a new flat to rent, with me due to relocate shortly from Cardiff. I've been renting for nearly 20 years and have had more horror stories than good experiences from agents. But Tom was friendly yet professional and quickly understood my needs, making it easier to recommend the best flat for me. He has made the process actually fun which I never expected to say about the usual stress of moving. I highly recommend Tom and Atwell Martin.

Atwell Martin have been first class estate agents, by being there whenever we needed assistance and reassurance during a very strange time in the housing market. Nikki was the first face we met and was brilliant along with the rest of the team. With their help we sold our house and the subsequent support from Hollie, who liaised between us and our buyers and our respective solicitors, was second to none (this was even commented upon by our buyers who said they would use Atwell Martin themselves in the future!).

Just sold our house through Atwell Martin, impressed with the service is a complete understatement. From having an offer accepted on our new house to completing and moving in took only 8 WEEKS! The process from start to finish was highly professional. Great photo's, viewings and offers managed very smoothly. Overall a very slick operation from the Sales team. Also in my opinion one of the best sales progressors in the business!!
