The way the man infornt of me in the queue got treated was very sad , he got a false notification that his prescription was ready , and the man behind the till said ? how dare you , you shoudl be grateful that we even have any stock , stop complaining and check other pharmacies ?. Very unprofessional and and frustrating . Never coming back here again

I had a great experience at Asda! The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. They took the time to answer all my questions about my medication and even helped me understand my insurance coverage better. I appreciated how quickly my prescription was filled and how clean and organised the store was. It's clear they truly care about their patients? well-being. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, customer-focused pharmacy!

Echoing other reviews. Don't expect them to open on time and expect them to close whenever they feel like. Don't expect them to have your prescription and at best you'll get a vague handwave. If you have other options use them. The amount of hassle is not worth it for the location.

I have tried multiple times to get a hold of the pharmacy, all day yesterday and today. They never answer their phones so you have to come down with the off chance your prescription might not be in.

Made a specific journey to the pharmacy at 1720 as the internet stated opening times 0900 to 2000. When I arrived there was a hand written sign stating closed 1715 to 1815, it's a shame the asda pharmacy personnel do not value peoples time and do not open at their published times. There was someone inside who said "I can't give you the prescription without the pharmacist being here", terrible service. Went back this morning and the girl was the absolute opposite to yesterday, checked for the prescription, found it, checked it again added a missing prescription. All prescriptions were already prepared and no need for a pharmacist to check. The youmg lady was polite, helpful and engaging, it's all down to the people and their interest in their job, thank you.

went in today around 5pm because my local pharmacy didn?t have my medication in stock. it was after my GP appointment to get a renewed prescription for my antidepressants (6 weeks worth) as my doctor will be away for a while. queued up for absolutely ages as the woman was too busy having a chat with a friend and the guy was giving attitude to the poor guy infront of me.
after what felt like an eternity of waiting the lady abruptly passed me a piece of paper and said ?write your name? after i explained that i needed my medication since my pharmacy didn?t have mine in stock. i witnessed her take them off the shelf, started to bag them up then said ?can you come back at 6:20 instead? a whole hour and 20 mins later !!! i said no why? she said because she wants a lunch break and doesn?t want to leave her colleague alone. i understand being short staffed. but cmon, it?s a tiny counter in asda? isn?t that her job, i?ve seen her be alone before. anyways, i argued that no i do not have the time to be waiting around and she had already started packing my meds anyway. and i explained again that i?ve already been else where to find my tablets, and that i need them as i?ve ran out. she didn?t care, rudely told me to go else where. i asked for my referral slip back and walked off. absolutely disgusting attitude towards customers. i?m not one to complain, as i work in customer service myself. but i would never treat someone like how she did with me. especially since she knew that i was picking up medication for mental health. shame on you guys

This pharmacy is a joke, every time I've been here they have taken an absolute age even if you're getting something urgent and there's nobody else to serve. On more than one occasion I've had them refuse to give me the medicine I was after that had been prescribed by my Doctor because they disagreed with my doctor's diagnosis and what they had prescribed me!!!

Don't bother to go to Orbital Asda pharmacy; staff there are rude and unhelpful. Asked for some cream for flea bites. Told to go to the doctors ! Went over to Boots and was given a cream for stings and bites. Worked a treat!

First, it's not the first time it's closed, although according to the work schedule, it should work! Secondly, they cannot even sell vitamins without a prescription. I wanted to buy vitamins D-3000.
P.S. The reason I was told - the pharmacist got sick! That is, there are no others.

I experienced a quick and efficient service this Sunday. The female pharmacist who assisted me in what I needed was friendly, professional, thorough and maintained good eye contact throughout our consultation.
