I've been going to this store for 10 years. There is a staff member (Sue i think it is, shes about 60, short blonde hair and glasses). She is the most unpleasant member of staff of any shop i have ever known. She constantly makes a point of making people wait and is almost always rude, as if she has some kind of power. ASDA west swindon manager really needs to look at this Womans training and get her skills up as it is getting beyond a joke.

I'm not from Swindon and usually shop in Tesco but I've got to admit this little Asda was pretty decent, clean shop, ample parking and friendly staff. Not much more you can ask for, obviously competitive pricing too.

Now includes McDonald's (in old Blockbuster unit on ground floor), Claire's Accessories, Costa and self-service parcel collection & drop-off service. However, George Clothing no longer have changing rooms to try goods on before buying - instead they simply say you can return items or exchange if they don't fit.

my daughter has a severe medical condition which causes her to faint and go dizzy and she got told she was faking her condition because she was sat in a chair that she got given by customer service and a lady who worked there was laughing and saying she was faking it which made my daughter cry luckily her friend was there to support her. I am not happy with this I will never return again
