BUYER BEWARE.
Wanted to return an item purchased only the proceeding day. Manager refused the return even though the item was pristine and unused, simply because I'd removed the plastic wrapping to look at it. Be aware that if you purchase from Argos you have almost no buyer protection. Contrast this to Amazon who accept returns readily and freely. Will never use Argos again.

The Bridgemead store is the worst Argos I?ve ever been to the Manager is rude and one of the servers a dark haired girl with glasses also rude there customer service skills are very bad and they don?t follow the company return policy! Stay well

This review isn't for the store it's for the server so I brought a laptop two days ago and found out it couldn't run many softwares so I made sure to pack everything nicely away back in it's original packaging but the server said I can't return it because of a security sticker I was going to spend more money at the store but nope so to keep it brief don't open anything you buy if you want to return it strange I know that's Argos for you

argos has become useless. Used to use them a few times a year to buy stuff and collect wihtin one hour, ive never been able to do this since they no longer have proper stores anymore, i give them 5 more years before out of business

Ordered 3 bathroom cabinets in store for delivery, only two turned up. Phoned and was told i had to wait 7-10 days for a refund, even though I was promised delivery of the missing cabinet.Definitely not the Argos of old!!!

Disgusting service. Reserving products that are 'in stock' but when you go to collect they're out of stock, and this close to Christmas too, just seriously poor behaviour. Will never use Argos again.

Just a quick one to say thanks very much to the lady assistant at Argos, Bridgemead for her help today. Without her dedication and observation I wouldn't have got my motorbike boots. They were addressed to Sainsburys Supermarket Not the Argos in Sainsbury's!! She went out of her way to find them. Give her a pay rise as we need more helpful, happy people like her in shops. Thank you.

busy all the time. however some code checkers clearly aren?t doing their job properly. Most staff are moody and miserable. Leah with black and glasses on her head, dropped the basket of fruit on the floor instead of nicely putting it. I?m with my elderly grandmother who is in a wheelchair, so it did frighten her. Karen was lovely at the hot food counter, had a bright smile and was polite.
