The actual argos shops were more customer friendly....now they've merged with a retail giant..... nepotism has obviously merged as well, never again, i spent £460, and they still wanted 30p for a bag..... idiots, i wont be funding ppl like that again

This store not keeping good manners to the customer. Today morning 11.30 am (5/01/2023)intend to return an Item and the Lady at desk refuse to take back because she suspect it been used, but not been used.The item was packed as new and unused. But the lady not want to return, was terrible situation.Absolutely rude talk. The lady open the box and even refuse to close properly. Dealing with customer unproffessionally which is not acceptable. I have to stop to buying with argos from now. Please watch out argos customer service and take a decision.I have called the store manager, they just try to cover their staff. The man saying once its open cannot return, so actually the lady also should say the same answer to me ,insted the lady open the box and all dismantled and check finally saying it been used not return.Defenitely not acceptable.Used trimmer and unused trimmer can find very easly, but they just insulting customer .very disappointed, the lady and store manager make me insecure. I should make a complaint.

I was served by Calista (I'm so sorry if that isn't the correct spelling) today, and from the moment I arrived she went above and beyond to help me.I was trying to collect an order that was already paidbut it was not in stock, Calista really went the extra mile today to make sure I left the store with a scenario that was beyond my expectations.Calistas beautiful kindness, helpfulness and amazing customer service really made a difference to me in what is a tricky time, and I am so grateful that I was served by Calista today. She is an asset to the store she is in.

Plenty of free parking though with the roadworks, a bit of a pain to get to.Fairly big store inside Sainsbury's, friendly staff too.

Excellent service received had few isdues/drawbacks due to COVID19. Contacted customer service and had satisfactory results.

It's an Argos collection point in the old café, rather than a proper Argos. It just looks like a Sainsbury's café with delivery cages in.It's convenient which is good, hopefully it will become an actual Argos in the future.
