“Popped into Shoe Zone Swindon with my cousin, she was after a specific pair of boots, Trowbridge store couldn't help her.We found out they were old stock, but the ladies went above and beyond, they managed to find one remaining pair in the main warehouse/depot, phoned another member of staff, got the boots brought to Reading, then delivered to Swindon so that I could pop in at a later date to collect them.It's not very often people now a days go to so much trouble, even for work.I will definitely be popping back in store, to check out other items for the family.”
