I was charged full fee when myself and my whole family were all really poorly with the flu for a number of weeks in January/February 2024 and I forgot about an appointment I had booked for my daughter.I understand some people might really try it on and mess hairdressers about, but we were new customers, had never cancelled or forgot before, and only did so as we were genuinely very ill. No benefit of the doubt was given, even though I apologised profusely and explained that I was going to rebook asap once we were better.I would not recommend this salon to anyone due to this. It was most upsetting and non understanding, when we were already going through a very tough time.And after this experience I still kept getting texts etc reminding me to rebook with them!!Umm no!

If I could post a negative star I would. Ive been having my haor bleached/lightened for 20years bit was new to the area and hadnt used this salon before. I read the websote and it seemed well established and experienced. I had a patch test and had to pay a deposit for my appointment beforehand. The hairdresser doing my hair left a huge band of colouring in my hair and when I asked if they were really going to leave hair like that they said no and that they hadn't finished. They then placed another colour treatment in my hair. They NEVER advised that they had damaged or burnt my hair with bleach. I paid £175 and left after being there for around 6hrs. To top ot off the assistant washing my hair had false nails on that kept pulling my hair. The following days my hair was very elastic and kept snapping and breaking. I left messages at the salon and nobody returned my call we went into lockdown then. I had to wait for all salons to reopen to get my hair repaired. My hair which was past my bum had to be cut into a short bob because of the damage caused. I would not recommend

Absolutely the worst haircut ever. I have never come home and just cried after being to s hairdresser.I wish I had looked at the reviews before wasting my money and ruining my hair.Also very annoyingly kept taking photos of my hair without asking my permission! Altogether a horrible experience.

I have curly hair, showed Karoliina a curly style I wanted. Totally ignored me and put straighteners through my hair. Completely ignored the fact I asked for a curly finish and then said oh you can wear curly too. I only wanted it curly not straight.Service: Hairstyling
