I visited today and had the absolutely wonderful ham hock and egg salad. Every bite was a delight, and the variety of textures and flavours were delicious. A very satisfying and filling bowl of salad!

Super cafe offering high quality food surrounded by workshops and enterprises of all kinds, domestic and post-industrial . Note the cafe is inside a great tent, and you need warm clothing if theweather is inclement.

The food looks nice.
However, the eat in price of a scotch egg of £8.95 with self-service seems more than excessive.
We did not bother.

We visited here a few times for a morning coffee and Pan au choc. Both were pretty good. They have a whole range of food on offer with very tasty looking cakes. It?s not cheap but then the quality is high. The staff were helpful and friendly (and quick to serve). We had flat whites which I?d give 4 out of 5 for.

Great outdoors area, dogs allowed but not in the shop - but you have to go into the shop to order!! A bit pricey and limited choice

The food is excellent, the area is plentiful, tables set apart, not crammed together. There is a covered area which opens out into the garden where children are free to run around. No loud music just soft chatter. They have a good array of food to buy.
Thankfully toilets are at the end of the courtyard, not in the food area. Parking easy. Honest people. Not rushed.

Nice coffee. Croissant is a bit stale. Bread is nice though. Service is hit and miss.

What a cracking find this was on our journey down to the South Coast. The chef here is clearly very special delivering some fabulous food beautifully presented and the coffee too was delightful. If we lived closer this would undoubtably become a regular haunt! Thank you Bill to you and your team - we found it particularly hard to leave!!

We visited Old Wardour Castle and found this gem of a cafe on our way home. Really lovely home cooked lunches, we both had a curried squash soup which was very tasty. It came with foccacia which was absolutely delicious, drizzled with green pesto. It's not a cheap.place but it was all excellent quality.
