Dirtiest store i have ever been in. I go in quite regularly to collect from InPostLocker. Front mat looks like it has never seen a hoover,thick dust everywhere esp going up the escalator, stickers stuck all over the floor, bits of paper that are on the floor for days. I?ve seen stock on the floor which has been there for over a week that no one has bothered to pick up. It?s a disgrace! The shop must running on skeleton staff as there?s normally only one person downstairs, lucky to see anyone upstairs,which would explain why there?s normally boxes and packaging just dumped next to the till. The stairs have had a bit of tissue on a step the last 2 times I?ve been in. I feel grubby when I leave?it?s appalling!

I brought what I wanted from the store. I was disappointed that at the till the lady was incredibly rude.
As she was very absorbed in her conversation with her colleague.
I wished that I could have gone to self check out.
Maybe I should have put her to the test and asked her for something behind the till.

I sent my mother in to send an item to the Philippines via DHL and they sent her to the post office and now my package still hasn't arrived 7 days later. The staff didn't want to do the job. My mother is 76 years old and didn't know any better. Lazy attitude and poor service.

inside of the door particularly at the back looks very dirty and items are missing form shelve or very scruffy looking, including a laminator on display covered in dust . lots of items missing tickets. manager in a blazer and turtle neck stood just chatting and laughing with other colleagues

Every week I use too shop hear to buy Gift cards or DVD'S. Gift cards such as Steam vouchers or Nintendo E-shop cards. Awesome shop not a bad store to visit to buy items at.

Went in to get some chocolate. Had a huge selection in the area while you queue with plenty and deals and offers. Had a large range of stationary too and as well as general office supplies such as paper and pads. Also had plenty of little gift ideas from gaming and digital vouchers to little rubbers and craft supplies.

It?s got all the stationary you could ask for although there aren?t many staff around, not the best organisation, and quite expensive
